Locke’s Relationship with Claire? Lost Theory

So I’ve heard this theory floating around… do you think it’s possible that Claire is Locke’s daughter or sister (half-sister by Locke’s father?)
Notes to consider:
* Locke’s father said he did the “family thing” once before.
* Locke seemed to know it was Claire’s birthday without any reason.
* Locke seems very protective of Claire.
Thoughts?

I think Locke could have found out about her birthday throught normal conversation and I don’t believe they are related in any way.
I think that Claire could be Locks daughter but not his half-sister. The age difference between Lock and Claire creates a problem. If Locks father did the family thing once then I feel a sister would need to be older. It would make a great story if she was his daughter.
why is this even up for debate? claire and locke are not related, or at least, locke is NOT claire’s father. christian, jack’s dad, is also claire’s father, and no question about it. why is this even a topic when it was shown in the episodes that christian is claire’s dad??
