Evangeline Lilly TV Sexiest Star

Lost’s Evangeline Lilly (Kate) and Grey’s Anatomy’s Patrick Dempsey (Derek, aka Dr. McDreamy) are the “Sexiest Stars” on TV, according to TV Guide’s first list of the sexiest, which hits newsstands Thursday featuring the No. 1’s on separate covers.

Josh Holloway came in at number 3 for the guys and inside Sawyer and Kate are also up for TV’s sexiest kiss!
