Terry O’Quinn Puts House up For Sale
Terry O’Quinn has placed his North Shore home on the market.
O’Quinn, who plays the enigmatic John Locke on the ABC series, and his wife, Lori, bought the 4,335-square-foot home on 1.17 acres on a hill in Pupukea about two years ago for $2.05 million.
The home has a guest house, a fireplace, heated pool and spa. The asking price for the home this time around is $2.94 million.
Curtis Jackson of Mary Worrall Associates Sotheby’s International Realty has the listing.
O’Quinn was named best supporting actor in a drama series at the Emmy Awards on Sept. 16. The show, shot in Hawaii, is scheduled to be in production through 2009 and O’Quinn is said to be buying another home on the North Shore.
