Recap
On the Island:
Locke makes breakfast and puts together a tray, with a book. He opens the door and goes down into a cellar of sorts. Walks down the hall and unlocks a padlock. Opens the door and hands the tray to Ben. “These are the last two eggs,” he says. Ben doesn’t seem very appreciate of the book. “Why did you move me from the rec room down here?” he asks. Ben then asks where Locke is keeping his other prisoner, Miles is it?
Locke asks Ben in turn, about his contact on the ship. Ben says that he feels for him, that he keeps hitting dead ends – can’t find the cabin, can’t contact Jacob, and now he’s even asking him for help. Ben says it’s just like old times, but he is locked in a different room, and Locke is more lost than he’s ever been.
“Done with breakfast?” Locke asks as he takes the tray and locks the door. He then throws the tray against the wall and storms out of the house.
Kate watches him walk by. She sits on a porch with Claire and Aaron as Sawyer walks up and comments on the coffee. It’s a cute little suburb! Sawyer says he found some clothes about Kate’s size.
“I’m not moving in with you James,” Kate says. “Then why did you stay?” Sawyer asks. Kate says it’s none of her business. She says she’s not spying for Jack but she doesn’t trust Sawyer. She then tells him to go home.
Flash Forward:
Kate is wearing make-up, sitting in a car. She asks if there is a back entrance. “Yeah, but you’re going in the front door with your head held high,” her attorney says. She dons sunglasses and walks through a crowd of paparazzi as they snap photos.
Kate is in trial – charged with fraud, arson, assault on a federal officer, assault with a deadly weapon, grand larsony, grand theft auto, and murder in the first degree. She pleads not guilty. The bail discussion begins. The judge says she is being placed in federal custody for the duration of the trial. The bailiff puts handcuffs on her.
On the Island:
Jin and Sun discuss where to live once they get off the island. Jin says that he learned English for her, to live in America. Sun says she wants to raise her baby at home, in Korea. “You mean our baby,” Jin says.
Jack brings Charlotte and Dan to the group. Sun asks where Kate is. “She stayed with Locke,” Jack replies.
Kate tells Locke that she wants to talk to Miles. Locke tells her no, that it’s not a democracy. He shuts the door in her face. Kate follows Hurley. “Are you taking it to Miles?” She says that Locke asked her to take it. “He’s still in the rec room, right?” Hurley tells her that he’s been moved to the boat house, then he stops and says, “you totally scooby doo’d me, didn’t you?”
Kate walks down to the boat house and opens the door. She sits down in front of Miles. “Do you know who I am?” she asks. “Do you know what I did?” “What did you do?” Miles asks. He says that he’ll tell her everything she wants to know, but she has to do something for him first. “I’m not letting you go,” she says. “I don’t want to be let go. I’m exactly where I want to be,” he replies. He says he wants one minute of someone’s time and he’ll tell her everything she wants to know. She asks him who and he says, “who do you think?”
In the Future:
The attorney tells Kate that the DA is taking the case and they should cut a deal. Fifteen years and she’ll serve seven. “No way,” she says. He tells her that she confessed to her mother and that’s their star witness. “Put me on the stand,” she says. But he says no. He says that he wants to try it based it on her character. “We need him in the courtroom,” he says. Kate says no. “You are not bringing him in here. You can make this about me, but you are not using my son.”
On the Island:
Jack tries to call the boat but nothing’s working. Sun is concerned that they haven’t heard from Sayid, maybe Locke is right.
Kate and Claire are hanging up laundry. Claire asks Kate to pick up Aaron and rock him. “I’m not very good with babies,” Kate says. Claire tells her she should try being a mom sometime.
In the Future:
Court is now in session. “Don’t fire me, okay,” Kate’s attorney says before calling Jack to the stand. He is a character witness only. Jack swears to tell the truth. Jack relates the crash and how he learned that she was a fugitive, that she told him. Jack said that he assumed it was some kind of mistake. He said that there were only eight that survived the crash and he was hurt pretty badly. In fact, if it weren’t for her he would have never made it to shore. He says that Kate gave them first aid, found water, found food. She tried to save the other two, but… Kate stops and tells him to stop. This is her trial and she doesn’t want him to say anything else. The DA steps forward and asks one question. “Do you love the defendant?” He shakes his head and says no, not anymore.
On the Island:
Hurley and Sawyer sit in their abode. Hurley puts in Xanadu and Sawyer reads a book. Kate knocks on the door and Sawyer leads her into the kitchen for some Dharma boxed wine.
After some talk about Casa de Claire, Sawyer says that she’s terrible at this and asks what she wants to use him for. She says, “I want to use you for something.” She says she needs Ben.
Locke breaks out the Backgammon board and he and Sawyer play. “Do you think I know what I’m dong?” Locke asks. Sawyer says he would be a lot more worried if he was sitting on the beach. “I’m not so sure about Kate,” Sawyer says. “I need your word you’re not going to do anything to her.”
Sawyer says that she came to him about an hour ago to get help busting Ben out, that she talked to Miles. Locke stands up and gets his gun. He and Sawyer go running down to the boathouse and open the door. Miles is gone. “Son of a bitch,” Sawyer says. Meanwhile Kate leads Miles to Locke’s house and breaks the window. They go down into the cellar.
She shoots the lock and opens the door. She tells him they have a minute. “You know who I am?” Miles asks. Ben replies yes. “Do you know who I work for?” Ben replies yes again. “You know he’s put a lot of time and energy into finding you?” Miles says he can lie and say that Ben is dead. For 3.2 million dollars.
Ben asks where he thinks he can that kind of money. “Do not treat me like one of them,” Miles says … “Like I don’t know who you are or what you can do.” Miles says he will take care of Charlotte, and Ben has two days … one week in cash.
Kate grabs Miles and leads him back into the hall. She slams him against the wall. Miles says that they all know about her, she’s wanted for murder, fraud, arson and a ton of other stuff. “So yeah, we know,” he says. “If I were you, I’d stay right here on the island.”
Locke and Sawyer come down the stairs. “Go back to your house Kate,” Locke yells. She leaves.
Back at Kate and Claire’s home, Locke strolls in and asks for a moment alone with Kate. He asks what happened and Kate tells him what Miles said. She apologizes to him but he says she’s not welcome there anymore. He says he wants her gone by morning.
In the Future:
Kate sits in a room. Her mother is wheeled in in a wheelchair. She says she doesn’t want to fight with her. Kate asks why she is here. “Because, it all changed when I thought you were dead.” She says the doctors have given her six months to live the past four years. She says she doesn’t want to testify against her. “Then don’t,” Kate says. “I want to see my grandson,” her mother replies. Kate says she doesn’t want her anywhere near him. “We’re finished,” she says to the guards.
On the Island:
Kate walks into Sawyer’s room. He asks if she is okay. “I’m sorry I didn’t do nothing,” Sawyer says. He says that he wanted Locke to think that she fooled him too. He then unbanishes her. He says that he’ll keep her safe. Kate kisses him.
Charlotte asks Daniel to remember some cards but he only remembers two of the three. Jack walks up and asks why nobody on the boat is answering the call. Charlotte says there is another number that they’re only supposed to use in emergencies. Juliet hands her the phone and says it’s an emergency. Jack asks her to put it on speaker. Regina picks up and says that the helicopter isn’t there … she thought it was with them.
Locke sticks a grenade in Miles’ mouth and tells him to bite down. He says his name is John Locke and he’s responsible for the well-being on the island. He walks out.
Kate and Sawyer wake up in bed to birds chirping. She kisses his cheek and they begin another make-out session. Sawyer mentions that they didn’t go all the way last night. Sawyer says that she’s worried about being pregnant. Kate says she’s not pregnant, she’s sure. Sawyer is ecstatic. “Would it have been the worst thing in the world?” Kate asks. “Yes!” Sawyer says. “What would we have done with a baby?”
Kate stands up and gets dressed, says she’s going back to the beach. Sawyer says she’s looking for an excuse to leave, but he’ll stay in his comfy bed. Because in a week she’ll get pissed at Jack and find a reason to come back. Kate slaps him and leaves.
In the Future:
The DA approaches the bench. She says that Kate’s mother is unable to testify due to medical reasons. The judge calls for a recess. The DA offers Kate four years but the attorney refuses. She offers 10 years probation as long as Kate doesn’t leave the state. Kate says she’ll sign it. She just wants it to be over. “I have a child, I’m not going anywhere,” Kate says.
She walks outside to a waiting taxi. “Hey,” Jack says as he walks up. Her lawyer gave him the head’s up. “You owe me one,” he says. “Thank you for saying what you did,” Kate says. Jack says that he didn’t mean what he said in there. Kate says he can follow her, come by for a visit. Jack says he has to go back to the hospital but maybe they can grab some coffee or something. “I don’t know why you don’t want to see the baby, Jack. But until you do, there’s no me and you and coffee Jack.”
The taxi pulls up and let’s Kate out. She walks in the front door. “Hello,” she calls. She goes upstairs and into the nursery. It’s a blond little baby who yawns. “Hey mommy,” he says. “Hi Aaron,” she replies.

I have my lost theory; mean I am losing mind!!
Future: Jack said that there were only “eight that survived” the crash and he was hurt pretty badly. In fact, if it weren’t for her he would have never “made it to shore”
?? Are they going to have another crash (Not 815)?
She tried to save the other two, but…
?? Survived 8 (from the Island ) then crash again before reach the shore and 2 died, that why they call “Oceanic 6″
6 are Jack, Kate, Sayid, Hurly, Aron
and Ben??
Am I crazy??
