New Spoiler Pics

Lyly Ford Blog comes through once again with some MAJOR SPOILERS for an upcoming episode of Season 5, most likely episode #8, “LaFleur,” from the looks of it. The spoilers come in the form of on-set spy photos which are very revealing. Click through for the link and discussion of what can be seen in the photos. Stay away if you don’t want to be spoiled!

In the spoiler images, Kate, Juliet, and Sawyer are all wearing Dharma uniforms. This is not the first time we’ve seen this sort of thing, and seems to jibe with the rumors and portents we’ve been hearing for months now that the island somehow jumped backward in time to the mid-70s days of the Dharma Initiative on the island, and that our cast of characters gets wrapped up in it.

Sayid is also present, but he’s wearing his trademark black muscle shirt. Most revealing are the close-ups of the Dharma jumpsuits that the other three are wearing. When you zoom in on the images, you can clearly see names and departmental assignments.

Kate and Juliet’s uniforms both have their real names, along with the words “Motor Pool” beneath. Looks like the two women are assigned to Dharma’s vehicular department. More intriguing is Sawyer’s uniform, which instead of his real name, reads “LaFleur: Head of Security.” LaFleur is of course the just-revealed title of Episode 5.08. Does that make episode #8 a Sawyer-centric outing? Are the Oceanic Six already back on the island by 5.08? Or is this a flashforward? Is Sawyer mistaken for someone else? Did he take on this LaFleur’s identity?

So many questions! Is it January yet?
