Henry Ian Cusick settles harassment case

TMZ reports that the law suit filed against actor Henry Ian Cusick (Desmond Hume) has been settled out of court. The suit was filed back in April by a former crewmember on the show named Chelsea Stone, who claimed Cusick groped her. So she sued the actor, ABC, and Lost’s Hawaii-based production company.
Six long months later, Stone has now settled the case with all three defendants, but the terms of the settlement are confidential.
