Daniel Dae Kim entered in an initial plea of “not guilty” to a drunken driving charge. This was after his arrest on October 25th. His blood alcohol level was 0.168 which is more than twice the legal limit.

Daniel Dae Kim was arrested around 3:00 this morning on suspicion of drunken driving.
